Returns are accepted within the specified return period, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment once the item is inspected and confirmed to meet return requirements. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item is defective, customers may request an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
